BuzzBuilder allows you to move contacts to a different campaign. This is helpful when you'd like to continue sending different campaigns to the same contact. For example, perhaps you sent a "Pre Call Campaign" but the prospect said "call back in 6 months." You could simply move this contact to a "Keep In Touch" campaign that would send monthly emails to stay top of mind with the prospect.

TO MOVE A SINGLE CONTACT:

1. Use the search box to find them in your BuzzBuilder account.

2. Once you've found the contact, click on the checkbox next their email address.

3. Then from the "Select an Action" menu, choose Move and then click Go. On the following screen, you'll select the campaign to move them to. Once the contact has been moved, the campaign will launch.

TO MOVE A MULTIPLE CONTACTS:

1. Next to a campaign, click on View Contacts.

2. Optionally, you can sort your contacts by clicking on the arrows in the SCORE column. For example, click on the "up" arrow to show the lowest scoring contacts who did not respond to any of your emails.

3. Select the contacts you would like to move.

3. From the "Choose an Action" menu, select Move and then click Go. On the following screen, you'll select the campaign to move them to. Once the contacts have been moved, the campaign will launch for all of them.
