An Auto Email, sometimes called an "autoresponder" is like a high-tech drip campaign. Whenever you add new contacts to your account, it sends each of them an automated series of email messages. For example, it could send them a series of monthly newsletters.

You'll notice that your account already has several Auto Emails in it. We have worked with your company to create several highly-effective email messages. All of these messages will be loaded into your BuzzBuilder account. Whenever you enter new Contacts into your account, the system will automatically begin emailing them these pre-written messages at certain intervals (like once a month).You never have to manage this process or remember when to send an email to someone--it's all automatic.

Of course, all these email templates will be tailored to your Contacts by merging the information you entered about them (like their first name, company, and industry). Because of this, your Contacts will feel like you personally wrote and sent each message they receive.
